My squat is pretty weak, nonetheless even with mild weight my quads hurt like hell and after only a few reps i practically can’t even squat my very personal physique weight because of it burns/hurts.
As a consequence of this i not usually do squats, nonetheless i really suppose i need to get by this and start making them leg gainz.
Does anyone know why it’s like this? I do know i can squat better than i can now, cus i’m not getting drained, it merely hurts. (30Kg is the place it begins hurting, whereas when i’m going a bit lower in weight i can keep it up pushing these reps merely)
For reference, when i’ve a day the place this deosn’t happen i usually do 50Kg x 10-12, whereas proper now i was accomplished after 40Kg x three
